Walang takot. May sense ang sinasabi. Very honest, straight to the point talaga. Educational!

"TGfU is an inquiry-based approach to teaching and prioritizes decision-making through gameplay over skill refinement and development. TGfU provides a learner-centred approach that puts the needs and abilities of the participants first."

I think there are many skilled Filipino players who possess the skills necessary to excel in international competitions. Nevertheless, assembling them into a cohesive team, managing them, and leading them is a challenging task. This is the primary reason why we are not performing as well as other countries, particularly with all the distractions and political issues surrounding the SBP.

Hopefully maibalik yung
RP Team Developmental Model na naconceptualize ni Late Coach Ron Jacobs (+) via the SMC-NCC patronage.
Many would remember that he along with Youth Development Stewards Coaches Nic Jorge, Ato Badolato and Joe Lipa.
They develop an Age Group Program (Passarelle, Juniors and Collegiate).
Nagkaroon din ng regular National Coaches Clinic.

Yes especially if Chot Reyes (Boy Paniki, the panic boy) continues to be the coach and SBP continues to have those people sitting there at this point and the principals directing or orchestrating the operations. Reyes’ stint and performance as national coach has proved time and again that Reyes doesnt know any better, palaging tense kaya indecisive. Isipin natin, ano ba ang nangyayari sa isang tao na tense, nagpa-panic under pressure, nakakapag-desisyon or diskarte, strategize ba ang tao ng tama sa ganuong kalagayan? Ibig sabihin hindi stable ang confidence nya, ramdam nya iyan na kulang sya sa self-confidence, staring at him right in his face pero hindi nya tanggap ito kaya it lingers there under his nose. Last minute na wala pang lineup. If a coach already has a firm, established, concept or system he would know the players that should constitute as the core or the mix of players he needs and whom he will mold and polish into a cohesive whole. Take coach Popovich as prime example, his words ring loud and clear, to paraphrase - “we swear by, and so will win or lose with our system” (the system they have built from the start or even before the beginning of the season 47:14 ). Yet despite these Reyes remains there, yes because of his principals, his backers from big business who are there not for love of (the) sport/s or the game/s but for sheer profit. Cheers ❤.

Recently ang tormentor nten sa Asia are Japan, Korea, China and Lebanon...given na yan Australia at New Zealand...we can beat Korea, China and Lebanon aleast we have the tools and the players, yun Japan mejo mahirap ksi malakas tlga ang core ng team nila pero undersized yan kaya bka makabulag tyo jan...Lebanon is a veteran team, Kai is only 21 yrs old nung talunin nila tayo without AJ Edu also...so tingin ko ndi pa kulelat pero tinatalo tayo dahil sa sytema at proper training. Ndi nten masasabi na kulang tyo sa international exposure dahil marami tyong players galing pa ng overseas...its really about coaching na tlga to

At dahil diyan I will watch the pba again and will support ros. I'm an avid Purefoods fan since the time of captain lionheart but not anymore. I'm now a big fan of coach Yeng. Great interview.

Definitely. Losses to Dominican and Angola proved that fact. Gilas is not a Team, they're not playing as a team, They keep on piling out turnovers and did not practice their shooting skills, crucial free throws sablay. 3 point shooting wala na, forgotten as one of their best weapons in their arsenal
