Have an issue trying to deposit oleo on to a substrate and the oleo isn’t making to the substrate. Pumping vacuum down to 5e-5 all the AR process works but oleo does not make it to the substrate

Hi when you talked about the defect tolerance of covalent and ionci material, you said both of them were defect-intolerant. did you make a mistake or I had a misunderstanding?
