I have to say I've watched all these choices over the past few weeks and I've agreed with everyone she's chose except this one I believe the first house that has multiple construction levels is the ugliest out in this episode for this region not the Rock House The Rock House is actually pretty cool looking it doesn't need a lot of changes but the first house my God the multiple stairs and the dangerous of that by far should have made them the winner and the fact that the house is extremely ugly just my opinion just saying

Wtf is wrong with this show? The first house is kinda wonky but the second one is GORGEOUS. the rock adds such a beautiful, natural element

I thought ugly Sims houses were an urban legend until I caught this show on TV. It was the episode with the house that was embedded in a giant stone, my jaw dropped.

I would have installed a rock climbing situation inside the the "Jailhouse Rock House".

That first house was dangerous. I would have picked that one to fix or at least do as much as possible for the $150, 000 prize renovation.

Other than the messed up floors and electric issue, I liked the rock house lol.

The church house was gorgeous overall, just change out the bathroom tiles, swap some new cabinets into the kitchen and pull the wallpaper. If stained glass isn't your jam, replace them with normal windows and sell the stained glass, even with the cost of windows you'd likely make a profit on the stained glass.

I am saddened to see that a house that I enjoyed spending many a lovely holiday / family gathering / wedding reception / birthday at being roasted by not only the show host (to be expected for ratings, right?) but also by the people that bought the house. If it was so displeasing, perhaps they shouldn't have bought it? Also, the details on how the house was built, without bank financing because of some local banking politics and the love that went into the build is a big part of the origin story. Hint for cooling the greenhouse - utilize the recirc fan that is piped in at the peak to move the hot air. It actually can be used to heat the lower section of the house during the winter. F***ing brilliant!
