Each day is precious. This life is precious. How do you want to spend your time?

This practice comes to you after studying at a Death and Dying retreat, impacted by understanding the process of inevitable decreasing mortality. We can invite and allow this transition in with peace and ease, ushering in the unknown with more excitement.

Are we doing our best to be useful to the world at large and leave the world better than we found it?

Today is about tuning into your dharma, your purpose, your path. Making sure each moment, each inhalation and exhalation is present. Adding this to your practice, but also your day, and how to live a holistic life, so it is treasured and meaningful.

This practice allows trauma releasing as an integrative yoga practice for a more holistic life and holistic health.

On this day of Truth & Reconciliation here in Canada (to bring the opportunity to recognize the deeds we have made the First Nations suffer), I find this yoga session of how we want to approach death, a beautiful synchronicity because the Natives are so much better at defining death than we are. To all Natives out there and to our lovely Echo; Namaste!

I have been struggling recently - been in a depressive episode. Today I finally felt brave enough to face it compassionately. I do not have a vocabulary big enough to express my deep thanks and gratitude for this practice. This was profoundly healing. Thank you

I have just spent the last week supporting my friend, home from England to witness her mother's passing.
She was given an Irish Wake, meaning the deceased is presented in her coffin, in her home.
For family and friends to view and pay their respects, share stories and memories of the person who has passed.
This custom is starting to decline but it teaches us all to face death

This was wonderful echo! A practice that I did not know I very much needed. You always push me to discover the parts of my shadow that I repressed in my body. Thank you for always showing up for us and allowing the space for me to show up.:)

I love you Echo <3 I am still in tears. I don't cease to be amazed at how much resonance I find with your practices just at the time I need them. I had just finished doing my morning journaling and tapped into my grief (which I had no conscious idea of its impact on my nervous system) from when I was 7 years old and our dog was killed by our neighbours. I had a good cry and then I decided it was time for yoga, got onto YouTube and there you were. Clicked on your video and as you started talking I was like: oh, what an interesting topic she's bringing us today and then it clicked that it was the aid for me to hold space and transcend my doggie's passing. So so grateful for this 💜🙏🥲
