Red Bull BC One is the biggest one-on-one Breaking competition in the world. Every year, thousands of dancers across the globe vie for a chance to represent at the World Final. Sixteen B-Boys & B-Girls earn the right to enter into an all-out battle on the Red Bull BC One stage, but only one will be crowned the champion.

Physicx was unbelievable throughout the early to mid 2000s. One of the greatest pioneers of B-Boying in the 21st century. Sadly I think because his style was heavily centered on high level power moves, it left a toll on his body. He will always be a legend.

Physicx light shined brightly, even if it didnt shine for long. His moves and dancing inspired an entire generation to try to create new moves and dance in new ways. He was the standard for korean power. Hes inspired so many kids to pick up breaking. He was so good that his body physically could not keep up with him. I really hope hes doing well and he knows that the bboy community loves him.

Physicx is definitly a legend, and respectively will be known as one of the best of all time, even his crew, Rivers Crew with other great and memorable bboys, like Bboy Born (and his footwork) are legendary.
But physicx was out of the scene for nearly 5 years not battling, and he knows mentally and perhaps physically he isn't prepaired for the heavy hitters as he once was. Even Junior who was Physicx equal back in the day could tell physicx wasn't in the battle mentally, hence juniors shout outs to physicx etc. But respect, Physicx is probably going some issues like all adults go through, and if he wants to, can perhaps get back into top shape again, dishing out ill moves. Physicx won bomb jam 2016, he was dope in it!

It's confusing when you're young and you see older bboys fall off. It's like, don't they care about the dance anymore? Did they lose their passion? Then you get older and it all starts to make sense. Your body starts to fail you past a certain point. It's unfortunate, but true. You have to have a deep love for the dance to keep up with it when you're 30+ (and even late twenties). These guys have it, respect to them for putting it all on the floor.

Forever grateful, I was looking up to these guys a long long time ago when they were battling each other in Ground Control. Amazing exchange still, Junior came more constructed with a lot set of moves and didn't repeat himself like a few years back. Physicx became more fluid and also more fundamental! True masters of their craft.

Man after last year's bomb jam I thought Physicx got his moves back, but it seems like I was wrong. Much respect to the man but it's gut-wrenching to watch him struggle like this.

Junior on the other hand has improved quite a lot since his younger days. Still doing that gravity defying stuff at his age is immensely impressive.

So Junior has massively improved since their battle in 2006, he seems more like a complete bboy now not just a powerhouse (his strength is still insane) and he is the clear winner of this battle, however Physicx will always be my favorite bboy of all time because of the things he has done in his younger (prime) years, to me he is a living legend and you can tell that these past years have really taken their toll on him. Mad respect to both of these guys for still standing there giving everything they've got at this age just to entertain us. 👊🏼

physicx is legend and he has 8 screws inside his body. 4 in his shoulder and 2in his spine and 2 in his neck. THATS how much he use to practice. Than he rehabilitate for 2 years than wennt to the army right after for another 2 years lol dude is a beast. He also had depression after the injury but slowly making a comeback. No matter what he is living legend just like hong10 and born and physicx .
