The main purpose for this battery back up is for my furnace, refrigerator, and stand alone freezer. Being able to have local and world wide radio communications is icing on the cake! The reason I did the AC current draw tests of the lightbulb, coffee maker, microwave oven, and vacuum, was to show the comparison of my stations AC current draw compared to common household items. When the temperature is consistently low outside, I will make another video showing my furnace hookup and performance.
