Defending his brother, Jeff fought back fiercely, leaving the bullies beaten, but Liu took the blame and was sent away.

When Jeff attended a local party weeks later, hoping to find some normalcy, he was cornered by the same bullies. In the heated brawl, Keith doused Jeff with bleach and set him on fire. The burning sensation was agonizing, but Jeff managed to kill one of his tormentors amidst the chaos.

Waking up in the hospital, bandages tightly covering his face, Jeff had no idea of the horrific transformation that had occurred. The fire had turned his skin ghostly white and given his lips a garish red hue. As the bandages were removed, revealing his disfigured visage, Jeff didn't recoil. Instead, he laughed, a chilling sound that echoed through the hospital corridors.

Once home, Jeff's descent into madness accelerated. He carved his face into a permanent, eerie grin and burned off his eyelids so he could always gaze upon his horrifying reflection. When his mother discovered him, she realized the horrible truth - their son was beyond saving. But it was too late. Jeff had heard her fearful whispers and responded with deadly finality, killing his own parents.

Liu, newly released, returned to a bloodbath. His brother, now unrecognizable, turned to him with a knife, whispering chilling words before the world turned to darkness, "Go to sleep".

Jeff's transformation was complete. He disappeared into the night, leaving behind a life of normalcy and entering the realm of urban legends as "Jeff the Killer".
