So I know this won’t affect most people that much but as someone who is very acne prone, I really discourage summer Fridays. It’s and endocrin disrupter so it makes hormonal acne worse and it’s set my skin back a lot. Just wanted to warn anyone trying to recover from bad hormonal acne like me. Also if you are wondering how I know this I use an app to see what ingredients can harm my skin or hormones:)
