a yellow one also spawns at the same location and is worth 14k, it has some mods but not as many as the purple one shown. ive also seen a white pearl one spawn at this location with all mods

Just found one at the LSC at the airport, it was standing to the left of the building. Hope that this helps someone as it is way easier than the method in the video. Btw i found it around 9.00.

i am pretty sure R* are going to do so u cant sell it in the Next patch, cause it says that it is a Simeon vehicle and u cant sell high value wanted Simeon vehicles, and this car is a high value car, so i think it will be a unsellable vehicle in the NeXT patch....
