high time the jcf send a shipment from abroad and see who at the wharves turn a blind eye and collect bribes and llow it through and relieve them of their jobs and give them a residence in prison.

I'm 200% sure the JCF has the capability to launch some sting operations to catch the cronies on the wharves who are letting in all the artillery. Those coming from Haiti might be more difficult to catch but police units need to start "helping" some of these fishermen to unload their cargo.
