I'm a huge choir nerd, spent years in it and performed this song often. I've not been able to find a single version or choir that executes this song perfectly. There's always something off, always something missing that makes my ear itch. But this. This is what I've been searching for. A perfect version of Carol of the Bells to study. I hardly know anything about vocaloids. But they, their programmers, and whoever edited/made this nailed it. Bravo.

the thing that's so fascinating about this is that all the chords ring immediately—normally human singers have a small adjustment at the start of each note (for example you would use a voiced consonant) which is why choral music where the parts change notes quickly can be so hard. But here its instant which is a strange vibe because, unlike a keyboard instrument which also achieves that effect this is much more polyphonic than what you can achieve on a keyboard instrument
