Farewell Friend also known as Honor Among Thieves is a French heist film starring Alain Delon and Charles Bronson. I really enjoyed this film for its humor and entertaining story about professional thieves. Even though, it's an old film back from 68', there’s elements about it I still find contemporary and a lot of fun.

As a team, Delon and Bronson are great. They have a lot of chemistry together which involves one character being annoyed all the time and the other being a wiseacre. Bronson, himself considered this one of his best pictures.

Bronson s breakthrough movie in Europe, made him a very big star, and this was followed by Once Upon A Time In The West, cementing his superstardom, only in Europe, not the USA, yet.These two film were released the same year in Europe, and it was Bronson who got all the attention, in France, he was feted the no .1 star that year, and Charlie enjoyed every minute of it, at last big time stardom, he was mobbed everywhere in France, and he loved it, didn't expect it, to the degree shown upon him, but loved it all the same, it was Alan Delon who asked for Bronson to star with him, and they renaind friends,
