Videos are interesting and good pointers. I am a BA, have been four about five years. And even I am learning as I go. I sometimes like to watch BAs which have been in the field for more than 10-12 years and I understand their thought processes and have adapted my own style according to what I liked in their processes or approached. Not all of them are 100% alike. In my case, I started from within Revenue Accounting, but I was that person that questioned why everything flowed the way it did. And because I was the Excel "guru" I understood VBA well enough to read Cobalt and not get lost.
