I dismantled the pouch cells. Most have markings. They tested them multiple times because they were used ones. Some even had dents that are circled by black marker. Shame for them to say that they advertise brand new A class. They seem to have no discomfort to lie and the worst thing is they really stick with their lie.

I should also mention here the BMS they use has a decent software to control balance and other charge discharge values. It is a decent BMS and it logs the alarms very well. That was how I was able to figure out the cells that were defective before they sent them. I played with balance, top balance, charge discharge values to no avail. Once the cell is faulty, I believe tjat is the end of it for the cell and the pack. You must replace it/them.

Your battery cells might not even have a problem. The problem is the crappy BMS which is built into all this industrial packs. Your cells inside the pack probably never have balanced because they can't. The BMS is set the way that it will stop charging as soon it reaches a cell limit and without continuing charging it will stop balancing. So the cells will run out of balance by time and you just can't do anything about it. I just got a LFP pack with pouch cells and that is what I can see. cells just running out of balance more and more with each cycle...
