To celebrate my mother-in-law's 60th birthday, we want to surprise her with a special gift: her very first luxury designer bag. Since she's not into the latest, trendy bags, we were fine to go to the outlet and get a somewhat older model for her. The Gucci Soho Disco Hobo bag is the perfect tote for her needs and has a very classic, timeless design.

This is a perfect example of not buying the brand. It is an outlet bag, but who cares, the leather is much better than their pigskin "collection" bags. The gripe I have with it is: take away the logo and you will see that it is a very practical bag. Practical meaning: not fashionable. It can be worn a lot as a daily bag, looks well made, will get the use out of it, BUUUT if you are spending the money, make it count! And these things can be bought for 50 bucks from any random manufacturer.
