Can anyone for the love of god explain this to me: why does blitz give himself a self inflicted debuff. He is the only champion who does besides Rammus but at least Rammus W slows his speed for Fuckkin

So how many skills did "more fed" mr broxah casted? How many did he tank from riven? Im not even mentioning lulu on top of her. Thats like six slotted viktor trying to over-right-click 3-slotted draven and complains because of loss. Broxah is extremely far more skilled and experienced player than me, but i see a bit not proper way of playing the moment
