Welcome back. Mini-splits are for people who don't have to take a year's worth of junk for a 1 week journey.

You definitely should compensate on the intake side. It will help keep the pressures down on the AC unit. While you have gotten more air in the proper spots, it's going through corrugated pipe at some pretty steep angles
Trying to remember all the stuff I learned about this 30+ years ago in Dr. France's HVAC design class is way tough

Hey. I have the same MCI. Warning ⚠️ make sure you scrub the nasty cigarette grime off of the window seals. Man I have nearly been hospitalized because the residue is DEADLY TOXIC. for your kiddos sake. Also yank out that fiberglass insulation. It's got cigarettes residue and it's so old it is turning into a dust. I kept finding fiberglass crystals everywhere during the build.hadit everywhere. Found it in my eyes during an eye exam. Oddly the panels are sealed against the frame rib. Much love and thanks for all your vids THEY ARE PRICELESS.

I will give it a try. I just returned from a camping trip and it took forever to cool my rv.

Just came across your channel yesterday, and I'm binging every episode LOL - I just brought home my 83 MC9 this week, and I'm just across the border near Sioux Falls SD!

Nice job Shawn, I saw the other day they are selling a piece of styrofoam that does that for over a 100 bucks, that is a much easier way to do it. I have basement airs so luckily I do not have to deal with roof airs.

Nice Job! This was a COOL idea! I'm fascinated by your bus, as you have more head room. On my bus conversion project, I have lower head room, so I put a Dometic ductless unit up front. Someday I was thinking of another roof air to service the bunk room. Then I got thinking of trying to make duct work for upper and lower bunks, and how I might transition some ductwork from a low ceiling put get it right into the bunk headboard walls. I'm still pondering this! But I recognize there could be some improvement on the way air is distributed from this units. It is a tight space to make this work, but I love you how your are making improvements yourself! Hope you and your family have fun this weekend too! God bless! AL from CT
