"Heligoland" is the fifth regular studio album, by the British music production duo's collective, titled after the German archipelago. The record features drumming from the recently deceased Jerry Fuchs. This is in addition to the work of regular session players, drummer Damon Reece and guitarist Angelo Bruschini. Tim Goldsworthy co-produced certain tracks (which ones are yet to be specified). Overall,Neil Davidge co-produced the album with the duo.
Paradise Circus was named after a Central Birmingham roundabout, yet after a few listens one might assume this song is about the pleasure and pain aspects of lust and love. "When we feel a storm," or come across a situation which makes us feel 'uncomfortable,' we choose what's easy, cheap and convenient instead of working through the pain and facing our problems head-on. Society seems to condition us into thinking pain is negative, and to avoid it at all costs, when in reality, pain never goes away until we resolve what's causing it- and time often magnifies these issues. Whether these issues involve ourselves or other people, we spin in the devil's grin when we choose to do what's easy instead of what's right.
The Paradise Circus is needing someone else to feel complete- and most of the time, what we really need is a friend, not a mate- but we never go hunting for friends, and the mates we find never stick around for long, like the actors in a movie, or circus. We're all playing a role. We will never be fulfilled. And the cycle goes on and on.
The pioneering force behind the rise of trip-hop, Massive Attack were among the most innovative and influential groups of their generation; their hypnotic sound — a darkly sensual and cinematic fusion of hip-hop rhythms, soulful melodies, dub grooves, and choice samples — set the pace for much of the dancemusic to emerge throughout the 1990s, paving the way for such acclaimed artists as Portishead, Sneaker Pimps, Morcheeba, UNKLE and Tricky, himself a Massive Attack alumnus.

Lyrics:
It's Unfortunate That When We Feel A Storm, We Can Roll Ourselves Over 'cause We're Uncomfortable
Oh Well The Devil Makes Us Sin
But We Like It When We're Spinning, In His Grin.
Love Is Like A Sin My LoveFor The Ones That Feels It The Most
Look At Her With Her Eyes Like A Flame
She Will Love You Like A Fly Will Never Love You, Again
Oh, Ho..
It's Unfortunate That When We Feel A Storm,We Can Roll Ourselves Over When We're Uncomfortable
Oh Well The Devil Makes Us Sin
But We Like It When We're Spinning, In His Grin.
Oh, Ho,..
Love Is Like A Sin My LoveFor The One That Feels It The Most
Look At Her With Her Smile Like A Flame
She Will Love You Like A Fly Will Never Love You, Again
