Sony XG95 (X950G) 2019 4K TV Unboxing + Picture Settings

We unbox Sony's new XG95 (also marketed as the Bravia X950G in the USA) full-array local dimming (FALD) LED LCD TV, and go through the picture settings in the user menu.

Our XG9505 review sample is a brand new boxed 65-inch retail unit, model number Sony KD65XG9505 which is the 3-pin-plug UK model with Youview and Freeview Play.

Hi, i have a question for you: is the SONY XBR-65X930E still a competitive option? you have given it a very positive review in the past, in many aspects placing it above the X900F... so, in your opinion, in terms of "value for money", would it still make sense to try to find an X930E in 2019, or should i forget about it already? My main uses for this set will include PC and console gaming, content streaming (Nexflix, Youtube), etc.


I was waiting on the X950G to launch to make up my mind, but for what i've read so far it doesn't seem to be a huge improvement over the X900F.... so im back to considering the X930E as the best value for money.


Either way, it is going to be an upgrade for me, because my current set is a KDL-55W900A, (which BTW i really love), so this next set i end up buying will be the upgrade to finally move to 4K HDR content, and will also be an upgrade in size (from 55' to 65').


Please help me decide :) and thanks in advance!
