Hi, I have some confusion with the question at 35:38 min of the video. Since there is a change with stakeholder's interest in this case, should we not update Stakeholder register instead as Stakeholder register maintains the power/interest information of the Stakeholders as well. My understanding is Stakeholder engagement plan already have plans to engage & monitor stakeholders with varied power/interest. I think the new CTO should be engaged in sort of same manner as current CTO or existing CEO which is already present as part of Plan. Please advice.
