I'm currently 14 years old and have only taken football seriously last month. I've been working very hard with my little brother to improve by practicing every 3 days per week and putting as much hours of work as i can either it's individual or partner trainings. On the offdays like school days i also try to keep being productive by working out and exercising on what's necessary for my journey and also for my fitness. And i just want to say, this is one of the most informational football knowledge video i've watched out of all others and made me learn a lot of new things about this game. I will now try to keep my consistency while also maintaining my mental health to get better and better on this little passion. ACTION!
