It does not only violate the Law of Thermodynamics, it also can't work because a PC fan can't work as a generator, because it's AC motor is driven by an internal oscillator. But even if you modified the fan it could never put out anything even close to the power two big bulbs require, even at full spin.

I've seen a person on YouTube actually remove the fan so the rare earth magnets actually cause a voltage to be generated in the windings.

A computer fan only creates 12 volts dc if you want 230 volts ac you need a converter

so you have a 12 volt fan, that draws 150 milliamps, that's less than 2 watts, which moves some air. Add some magnets and you get energy to light 2 incandescent lamps. Sure. If anyone is interested, I have some magic beans....
