Trev.... X button is for a regular swing.... The square button is for a power swing... Circle is for a contact swing... Triangle is to bunt

Hey, for your fielding controls, you're set on a mode called fielder. Everything is screwed up with fielder. There's another option called classic, where you thought circle is first base. Also, there is a mode called timing for batting. It's a lot easier. You have the option to power swing and contact swing

Triangle is to bunt, square is to throw to first, X is to throw to second, triangle is to go home, and if u press square before the pitch is to do a powerful hit, and if u press X before a pitch for a contact swing, and right stick is to control base running

For hitting
Square = Power
Triangle = Bunt
Circle = Contact
X = Normal

Also plate discipline, batting clutch, plate vision and BR aggressiveness are based on how the YOU play the game. The only time these states come into play are when you Simulate a game.

I've got dudes with long careers on this game. I have a lot of time invested in those characters . They're pretty much just as real to me as actual players because I know everything about their game . When you've played 1000 games with a character, you know him pretty well

glad Trevor's playing this game, and Trevor you know u don't have to swing at every pitch. If the ball doesn't look like it's going to go through the black and white box then there's no need to swing at it <--- helpful tip

Also if you push circle on the simulation thing it will skip to your next appearance, , the bases are from your perspective

During up to bat press circle for a contact swing, during simulation you can join the game by pressing triangle, and plus you forget to add a name for you to be called from the announcers. Also look up goldys if you need help.
