35 mi in 7 hrs is a super leisurely ride that’s not moving at all. 200 mi seems like a bit of a stretch, but the fastest Marathon runners (on foot mind you) could do 35 mi in half the time it took them.

I used to ride my 20” BMX bike 12 miles one way to work everyday and the 4130 cruises are like a 20-25 mile ride sometimes. 200 miles is alot of riding but it’s totally doable
