In my opinion, they should have switched the 3X with the 5X and used the 200MP main sensor to zoom from 1X to 4.9X, and they should have kept the 10X but with an upgraded sensor with more MP

I agree 100%. As a long-time Samsung customer I honestly believe all that Samsung has to do is improve the existing camera, which is already excellent, not changing it completely. If somebody wants a high-end professional camera by all means go and purchase one.

I loved how many youtubers were complaining that the S24 Ultra camera was not as good as the S23 Ultra camera . . I had the S24 ultra since March, I don't ever remember Samsung saying anything about changing the camera cept adding AI . Beside that The S24 ultra is as good as the pixel or better IMO .

I appreciate your review of the Samsung S24 Ultra. I wanted to share my experience as well. I've used both Samsung and iPhone cameras extensively, and while the Samsung camera is impressive, I've noticed it sometimes overexposes photos and videos. Additionally, in low light, the noise cancellation can smooth out details a bit too much. I've also found that the RAW photos from Samsung are noisier and less detailed compared to those from an iPhone. I thought these comparisons might be interesting for you to explore.

With ya brother... I was wrong as well. I thought the 5x would be a downgrade but it was a huge upgrade for all the reasons you stated.

+1 for the separate video on video features. I tried dual camera shooting when traveling with my wife and was super impressed that I could finally have me talking as well as whatever is outside in the same video. I'm not a professional vlogger but it's awesome to have myself in family videos as well. This feature alone is worth a lot for me personally as I'm never in our family videos since I'm behind camera, you know...

Has anybody noticed that the camera on the s24 ultra has gotten even better without getting the june camera update which is supposed to be a big one. I feel like it has gotten better than when i first got it. Amazing phone, phone of the year so far.

The 5x 50MP is awesome. Good change. But that 3x 10MP camera is not of desirable quality. I try my best to avoid using 3x. They should have given it 50MP too. Also, the sensor size hasn't changed for a while. They can move to 1inch sensors like the competition.

I agree with everything you said here. I also for some reason bust out laughing when you said there were talks of class action lawsuits. I can't believe that's even a thought people are entertaining over these cameras.

Check the how much time it had good visibility in Sunlight ???? I found Sunlight display issue in many s24 ultra mobiles getting dim after 3 minutes or soooo…….It’s a big Issue in Samsung Flagship mobile

5x camera still working only with the 12mp setup in auto mode. When I changed to 50mp it's swapped to the middle 200mp camera. And that's not only on my 24ultra

Yes, Yes, Yes on the in-depth video review! Law Suit, really for what? The only issue I experience is the zoom lens. It can be blurry and sometimes simply won't focus. Never had that trouble with my S23 Ultra

as S23 Ultra owner I love the 10X and use it all the time however in any challenging light it is not good at all, so I think the 5X will be great, I would prefer if S25 Ultra have 3-7X continuous zoom

I have a basic use of my s24 ultra and i never use settings for pictures, just point and shoot.
The cameras i use the most are the 3x and the 5x, i think they fit perfectly for daily use. These should be the main cameras. I never use the 50 or 200Mpixel setting, but always the default settings which are lower in resolution.

In your comparison photos(and my experience as well), the S23 Ultra pictures looked noticeably better than the S24 Ultra.
