After every repair, the cat has to approve it. Some of these batteries you can pry open the top and find rubber caps that allow topping up. Of course no 2 batteries behave the same but sometimes you get an extra 6 months of service.

Great repair, Scott. Don't forget you have that really fancy milliohmmeter - the HP 4338A. It will do internal resistance on batteries (up to 43 volts). Regards, David

Have you not though of calculating the correct value for the led resistor. 😅😂😊
