Had talks about this project in some of my aviation classes. It would be very promising to see this upgraded to full scale, and perhaps running of a SAF-powered APU which could generate power to 4 individual motors for a more reliable range to rival other aircraft in the real world. Though I'm not quite sure how much power would be needed for a 4-person model, the method should at least be better efficiency wise than running off pure battery.

This is very outstanding design. However, to be practical in real life, I see 2 issues: 1) the strength of the joint pivot on the wing is questionable, the torque would be huge for a real plane 2) to achieve all time stability, the center of mass need to move backward in vtol mode and forward in fixed-wing mode.
