I’ve just migrated into a Yop & Tom bullet journal from my Shop Amanda Rach Lee journal. They are remarkably similar but I loved the ARL and would have had another if they were cheaper but it honestly cost a fortune to post to the UK, and I was stung for import duty, too! I also agree with your comment about it getting dirty quickly.

I used the ARL for the first half of this year. I went back to A&O because there's more variety with the covers. I loved Amanda's though because they're so similar.

I have this same lilac notebook from ARL 💜 I do have a clear cover from A&O that I put on it, and it looks super cute and fits great. I also tried the liquid silver glitter cover from A&O on it just for fun and I really love it with the silver doodles 🥰

I might get one of these in planner form for next year, I love the creative side of bujo but lately with work I have very little time to doodle and decorate so this looks like a great option for that! Also, pastel anything looks extra cute brand new but they do get grimy with time, I got myself a pair of pastel pink earphones and I've had to make peace with the fact that they'll always have a small amount of visible dirt no matter what :'D

As a bujo beginner, I bought two notebooks (previous edition) of ARL during the last Black Friday. I was lucky I was just in the price where I don’t have to pay any customs fee - I live also in Europe. I started her second notebook in August and this one is definitely made a better way than the first. This latter had the pocket kinda glued and I had to separate also some pages glued a bit too far in the spine area. But what disappointed me the most - as I often do trackers across pages - was not having the pages dots aligned. But now I am more than happy with the second notebook and perhaps the first one just had a manufacturing problem 😊

I might’ve been luck cause I actually didn’t have to pay any extra toll when buying it. Bought it a month ago and I’m super happy with it!

I agree with you! However I must say my blue ARL notebook stays pretty clean☺️. However be aware of the customs import fee... I had to pay 23 euros extra, and shipping was already freaking expensive as well😥

I have an Amanda Rach Lee journal (the previous edition) and I love, but yeah it's so dirty right now, so I guess that's a thing. The only thing that I don't like about it it's the price (with the shipping and everything), I live in europe so it gets pretty expensive. But other than that I love it

I use a notebook I bought from a local small business thorugh their instagram page and one can tell the difference in quality. They are not a brand specialized in bujo, but rather an artisan notebook store, so things like the quality of the dots printed def is LACKING. Still, I'm very happy to have such a unique piece that I got customized, and next year I'll set to find another store similar like that. Amandas sounds like a good mark to follow when I buy my next one
