Kaido can fight head to head with a man who dodged light and caught lightning. So at the very least, they'd be on par in speed. His defense is essentially equal to-or greater then Acnologias because he can only be damaged from the inside. This last case is my assumption based on the fact that Zoro used Ryou when cutting Kaido. Kaido also tanked a large island/small country level attack. ( King Kong Gun. ). He's also split the sky with his attacks.

In those terms, Kaido has better feats then Acnologia. Not to mention he has Ryou, Future Sight and Advanced Conquers Haki, each of which is a game changer in its own right.

From what I've seen, Kaido has better feats all across the board. The only gray area comes from Acnologias Time/Space/Reality abilities.

He can eat any non physical attack that he throws at him, and it's shown that regular dragons not as strong as acnologia can tank large amounts of damage either magic or just pure power, they are extremely resistant to it, so someone as strong acnologia can tank any physical attack that kaido can dish out, and it gets worse when turns into his dragon or hybrid form, he has dragon slaying magic so he will instantly be weak to it, beyond negative dif
