New subscriber here. I’ve read Spark, and it’s reminded me to keep exercising. (I’m a mid-30s physically disabled man.) I’m looking forward to seeing what other books you’ve read. Please keep up the amazing work on this channel of yours. I have two suggestions for you. Both of these have been life-changing for me.

1.) How to Calm An Angry Person in 90 Seconds or Less by Doug Noll (The strategies he teaches are counterintuitive and not taught anywhere else.)

2.) AnxietyRx by Dr. Russell Kennedy. In relation to the books you mentioned above, AnxietyRx has helped me understand my anxiety like nothing else has. It’s been incredible—beginning to heal myself without medication.

Anyway, I hope you find these books as useful as I did!
