Omg that sound is similar to a woodpecker but I’ve never witnessed them pecking away this late in the evening😳I have heard this same sound late at night here in Ohio and wondered what it was—because it definitely was Not a woodpecker! Smart dogs🐾they seem to know something isn’t right, can’t wait to see the video👍

Back in the 1960's and 1970's, when I was a young man, we use to hunt cornfields and Sugar Cane Fields of SE Louisiana for Dove, Quail and rabbits. We always arrived about 30 to 45 minutes before sunrise. As we stood by the Truck in the darkness waiting for the Sun to rise, we could hear creatures crashing through the Cornfields anf cane fields from several directions. Judging from the speed of these creatures and from the volume of sound, they seemed like large creatures. This is why we always waited for sunrise before we would enter these cornfields. All the strange/unusual sounds in the fields would stop after sunrise.

Hi Dee, this sampler video is awesome. From the sound I heard in the cornfield was creepy but excited to see the whole video soon. I'm thinking is Bigfoot maybe.
