Hi I have the SunX7. What would you recommend for Shellac cure time? The same as in this video?

Shellac is all I use on natural nails. It can be a tricky polish but removal without damaging the nails is priceless.

I used Shellac top coat with this lamp and after 5 mins on each hand, nails were still sticky. It was a nightmare. Went to bed with sticky nails. Any tips or is this lamp not suitable for shellac?

I don't like CND Shellac either! .. like at all. I own the white one but only because I like it for french application on my clients. Its very opaque and crisp but other than that, shellac is the devil to me, haha. Its a very tricky brand that takes time and technique to perfect.

These work fine with high end and low end gel polishes and builders. However i find that the lamps dont last long for a salon. Is it just me🤔

I don't like Cnd either bottles smaller, cost is same or more then others plus it gums up quickly when using.

Please, please, please...does this light cure light elegance gels???!!! I just bought a bunch of these gels and didn't realise that I had to have a 48 watt light. I can't afford two of the LE lamps, and I only have 36 watt lights now. Help please????

Hi Denise! Thanks for this video. I know this video is older but I bought a couple bottle of CND Shellac colours (not realizing I had to get their base/top coat since it's apparently different from something like Gelish etc). I read that you told someone Elite99 is shellac pretty much and I'm wondering if you know whether that stands true in 2020 (since this video is from 2017)? I really want to get a compatible base and top coat to use with my two bottles of shellac. I kind of wish I didn't buy them now lol. Next time I will just stick to what I know :P Thanks in advance!
