I am an Asian man and my Mexican friend just got me into bahn mi, I didn’t know what I was missing out on. I tried it yesterday and I had 3 of them so far in two days. I’m ashamed I never heard of any other viet food but pho. I’m obsessed with these. I am paying $11 here for em, hearing they are $1 just makes me want to go to Vietnam just for the bahn mi😂

As a vietnamese banh mi 25 is just a white-washed version, getting banh mi in a random stroll w a line of vietnamese workers at 7am is way better & much more authentic

When its come to Banh My, VN has alot of delicious stalls from North to South, I swear that you will never know which is the best, each of them has the unique for itself, so just give them a try at your next trip to VN, maybe alot of trips to come :)

Should go to bahn mi queen in hoi an, ate bahn mi from 2-3 diff spots in every city we went to and it was BY FAR the best one we’ve had, just thinking abt it makes my mouth water again

Please remember not every banh mi vendor is good. You got to come to the right places. Even though Mytho city is famous with “hu tiếu”…again, it depends on where to get the best out of it.

As a Vietnamese, i had already tried Banh Mi at this very place and for my personal tastes their BM quite dry like you said in video compare to other “street style” places but for tourists the variety of BM i think worth to try, a lot of different combinations of BM i myself never think of, but if you want to try full on original taste i suggest you buy where the locals buy.
