Destiny timeline but why can't you replay it bungo

Wish there was a way to actually replay all the story missions through the timeline, maybe not the seasons but just the basic expansions

When you click on each DLC it should make you relive the whole thing in a blink of an eye, like the Star Trek TNG episode. Knowing the order of the stories/DLCs means nothing without sinking hours into grinding out the Ikelos shotty!

It's nice to have this, but I don't think it'll stop new players from feeling like they're immediately jumping from one side of the spectrum to the other. I mean, the new light quest tells the story entirely from the side of the light, but the second we jump into Shadowkeep, which is currently the earliest full campaign in the game, we immediately start crafting weapons from the tools of our dark enemies, and then Beyond Light comes in and BOOM: we fully control darkness.

Just to clarify, they added this when season of the lost came out, and goddam I wish I could play the old year 1 campaigns especially The Red War

The timeline has been around for 30 years at Bungie. What I'm missing in the timeline are cutscenes so that you can watch them again later.

No. I dont believe its cool.

It may give some synopsis about its expansion but I dont believe it explains everything.
And i dont believe it gives a great enough experience for people who got into the game late or is returning after the realization of the DCV.

If they're were cutscenes? Maybe.(ik youtube exists but there should be a in game option for the story experience instead of "outside source reliance" )

My only thoughts and ideas would be if its possible to attatch the the expansion and seasonal campaign quest in a "select quest choice" similar to witch queen in the timeline.
I know such thing wouldnt happen overnight, but I'd like to hope there's some In-Game remedy remedy being in the works overtime.
If Guardian games can bring seasonal activities, say from splicer and season of the lost, it tells me that they still have the assets, with potential to make older and "vaulted content" work with the game. Hard. But possible.

And to those who may say "stfu about the DCV" or "You dont own nothing as stated in the ToS so deal with it and silence yourself."

I believe we should have to right to speak of an issue thats in the game no matter what, and even consider if they're is any other options that can be done in the game.
And sad fact is, the only option for most people in this game would be to critique, say their grievances, talk about ideas and complain about an issue. You, me and everyone has the choice to do that.

If discussions about the game's problems never happened for D2 and bungie, two things would've never happened: Transmog improvements from it's terrible state, and crucible going from SBMM to CBMM.

Let it happen. Give an idea for the game's issues, or pursuade us to accept it's current state.
