Pontins Brean Sands has been closed to the public for the past 2 years. The park has been used for those working on the new nuclear power plant at Hinkley Point

Been there we arrived and literally thought we had landed in Beirut but entertainment was class the surrounding areas really nice and kids loved it in the end

26 quid a night is a bargain tbf. Youll not get a B+B or hotel for anything less than 110 a night

Only in the UK could the likes of Pontins be called a ' holiday camp'.
All these communal camps are akin to the very worst of holidays that being the all inclusive hotel.
All living on top of one another, hearing/ seeing the same prisoners day in day out, eating in the same crap restaurants, getting food poisoning, watching the same crap ' entertainment'.
The only good thing to look forward to whether its a camp or all Inc hotel is when your sentence is over and you're free to go home...

Nah but pontins used to be the best. But last time I went we got locked out and locked in.
But I liked the entertainment. I haven't been in like 7 years

Considering it's 26£ a night and you get to visto everything (other than the pool (I'm not sure)) then 26£ isn't that bad, no wonder the sytes are closing down
