Thank you so much for this! I’m so worried for Thursday tbh just because we have absolutely no idea what to expect having not sat any exams. I’ve come to the decision that if I don’t get into my firm choice (which is fairly decent entry requirements with 3Bs) then I won’t be going to uni this year and I’ll sit the exams either in the autumn or summer next year. My insurance choice is an offer of A*AA so definitely won’t end up there but I didn’t wanna completely ignore the uni bc I still really liked it just not as much as my firm 😂

Thanks for the video! Do you know anything about medical schools and if they will accept a previous years ucat/bmat results or do I need to consider redoing them as well as taking exams at the same time if I were to miss the grades tomorrow?

It’s so frustrating that we have no inkling as to how well we might do - I plan on having a gap year so I will be applying to university next year, so who knows what the future might hold. I have no idea how to cope with this stress of waiting, with not even a slither of an idea as to what I could get!!

This was so helpful, I even liked the video for the future because I’m currently waiting for my GCSE results and this gives an idea on what will actually happen. However Is it possible that you do a video on gcse after the fact that I’m extremely nervous that I will lose my place which I’ve worked so hard for....and now seeing Scotland’s results I’m not sure if that place has been filled by someone else 😥😥😥

Question, if we don't agree with one of our grades and we appeal, does that mean we take exams for every subject or just the one we want to change

I wonder more about how are the appeals process will work. An underestimate of scottish students were underestimated with their grades in the SQA. I wonder what grades will be given?
