Your getting closer to the mark, but not quite there yet. The size for Motorcycles is the perfect start as most motorcycle installs start with 8 but, we need a midbass driver with Tweeter not a Midrange, bass response needs to be at least 70 Hz at 4ohms.

I think 400rms from small speaker 8 inch it will be noisy noisy inch 150 rms will be good speaker but 400 rms ))))
My speaker is 15 inch it is 300 rms it is better than this speaker bass and good voice
