*A little bit of criticism (Please don't take this personally, I really like your videos)

Video could have used way more B-roll of what Adam was actually talking about. Like before and after shots of all the equipment to show what he actually changed, examples of the service broadcast before and after showing the visual & audio improvements. I still have no idea what he did to help here, I haven't seen an example of what he was fixing.

This video reminds me of those "Tutorial" videos where you think you're gonna be watching someone do the thing, but they just sit and talk about it without showing any examples.

You already know this, but a good rule of thumb for these "show and tell" type videos is to have 60-80% of the video be showing all the stuff with a voiceover, and 20-30% of the video be "talking head" explaining extra details that weren't covered in the B-Roll (Kinda like the old-school Worship Tech Tour videos).

*I just realised there is almost more being "shown" in the thumbnail than the actual video.

Love the info and would love more production value around these types of videos. Even vlog style would be fun. I would watch that for straight up entertainment on top of the info I'd be gleaning. Keep up the good work! Also it's wild how much stuff they had on hand but weren't using!
