The Riverside County District Attorney is calling for answers after more than 1,000 cases have been dismissed due to a massive backlog in the Riverside County court system.

I've been dealing with this and seeing that other people are going through it too for similar situations is really hard to Process and she's right you do get re Traumatized and you have to deal with so much anxiety & fear around this situation None of us are getting Justice or the proper help that we need . any help you go to these people for, its all been ignored & or forgotten and they just kind of turn a blind eye to you and you feel helpless and it makes you feel Confused about what to do there's bare minimum guidance, and no justice, no peace of mind

That's what happens when you have an ideologue DA who want to avoid making deals just a little bit better to avoid the mandatory dismissals required by law. Some DAs would prefer to blame the judges and see the cases dismissed. That way, the DA can portray himself as tough on crime.

What a shame and embarrassment for Riversiders. Short on jurors? I served from the time I turned 18 to age 70...the court kept asking and I kept coming. FIX THIS ASAP!!!
