12:06 how come this ' const Surgeon = new Surgeon('Francisco Romero', 'Cardiovascular'); ' wont work but const surgeonRomero = new Surgeon('Francisco Romero', 'Cardiovascular'); will. it doesn't tell us at all.

this is dumb, its not about the code as the class. if you don't know to name it correctly you fail but they don't tell you to name it. i should be able to name it whatever i want as long as the code works. & they dont tell you what to name it, . i'm lucky this tutorial corrects their mistake.
