Re-watching all of the avengers right now, and when I got to this moment in endgame, I just had to come watch this black sabbath version instead. The most epic way to end the infinity saga.

Also when I came across this idea on reddit, those people were trying to find an instrumental version of the song so "i am iron man" isnt said twice. I think they succeeded, but I'm not going to go look for it.

I love how after Thanos says, “i am inevitable.” The drums come in and almost sound like his heartbeat before he sees Tony show him up

(He can't move because he did the crazy thing by making the ultimate sacrifice.)

Is he alive or dead?
Has he thoughts within his head?
We'll just pass him there
Why should we even care?

(We don't know yet that he's about to die. We just focused on the fact that they won and defeated Thanos.)

He was turned to steel
In the great magnetic field
When he traveled time
For the future of mankind

(He's fused to the inside of his suit from the power of the Infinity Stones, and literally invented time-travel to save the future of mankind.)

Nobody wants him
He just stares at the world
Planning his vengeance
That he will soon unfurl

Now the time is here
For Iron Man to spread fear
Vengeance from the grave
Kills the people he once saved

Nobody wants him
They just turn their heads
Nobody helps him
Now he has his revenge

Heavy boots of lead
Fill his victims full of dread
Running as fast as they can
Iron Man lives again!

(Then this last section is a great analog to his image being plastered everywhere after his death staring at the world. How many people still hated him like Mysterio. His system E.D.I.T.H. (Even Dead I'm The Hero) causing death and destruction and being the catalyst to ruin Peter's Life. Then finally the fact that RDJ is coming back as another metal suited person, but this time as a villain in Dr. Doom killing the people he once saved.)

Iron Man Lives Again!

A slower, more mellowed out version of this would've both fit Iron Man and kept the heaviness in the ending. RIP Iron Man
