First off, great video! But try introducing graphics to this as soon as you can man! I think it'll make it a lot better - basic onscreen titles and transition graphics maybe.

As for the points raised, I think the tech department is moving so fast it's hard to keep up. I studied engineering without knowing how to code. You have no idea how much I regret it now. Everyone should know how to code. It gives you the potential to do anything. Software is the nervous system of everything today and you simply cannot ignore it.

One point though, having a half decent record of MS Excel skills, I think it's barely of any use at all! Compared to Python and SQL, it's total garbage and crashes really quickly. Data integrity is poor too! So I wouldn't waste my time with it.

Everything else seems to be in place! Good one overall!
