Sir, please I just got denied and I've applied for GCMS note, my question please can I scan the GCMS note and send it to them when I will be applying for second second time as an evidence that I did what they requested from the GCMS note.

Secondly, I was only denied because of insufficient fund, so can I apply with exactly all the documents I used on the previous application then work on the fund according the GCMS note and apply with the note too as evidence.
