Is the last note selected remembered after powering off and on, or do I need to re-navigate to the tone again?

I would like to ask if the TM-60 can output to the headphone the signal of a guitar along with the tempo beat or outputs in the headphone only the metronome sound.My main purpose is to use it for practicing as a stand alone unit using headphones without the need of any amplifier.

Can you change the key for different instruments? Like can I do it in the key of Eb for my saxophone?
