The video clip cuts off before he fully explains it. It's not that Pat got mad at Weiner for asking his name. It was the why he asked it. At that point the conversation had been taking place for a while and getting heated because Weiner didn't want to answer certain questions. Not only did he already know full well the answer to the name question, but the real reason he asked it was because he was attempting to dismiss Patrick. He was basically attempting to label Pat a nobody to his face in a snarky way. That's when after a few more insults later, Pat finally let him have by bringing up that particular insult moment.
