He starts it a 3rd down (E flat) from Natalie and with the key change at the end of the bridge (F major) he ends the song a step down from Natalie.

All these years later, this performance stays with me. I find myself needing to revisit. Truly brilliant. Thank you

When he takes off his glasses to hit that note?! YESSSS QUEEEEN!
And his look of "I'm not done yet" at the end before the last note? I LIVE!

What I love about this is not just that Tituss has a beautiful voice, but he manages to portray the song without having to do all the huge movements and overexaggerating, his acting is so subtle and it's beautiful.

Use to watch this as a teenager, dreaming of Broadway and living in NYC. Now as an adult, I am seeing Tituss in Moulin Rouge and live in this crazy, magical city. Full circle on remembering this great talent

God.. He soars through his range and upper register without a hint of struggle or waver. Unreal.

This is the first rendition I found of this song. Now I'm afraid of listening to any other because this was perfection. Wow.

I am so honored to call him my teacher. What a brilliant, brilliant performance. No words can describe how beautiful this is. 100% convincing. Love it.

Oh! The subtleness of his facial expressions and movements, as well as his beautiful voice and technique makes for a spine tingling experience. I wish I could have seen it live. Mmm.

I want a show to be written for him to be this awesome with those glasses and those clothes. He looks like such a character.

I feel like this is the definitive version of this song. Other people can do it, but nobody captures it like Tituss does.

The glasses at the end are absolutely the perfect choice.

this is such a remarkably confident performance. it's like he just walked in to sing this song and walked out and never had to take his coat off.

I'm seeing Tituss live in Ohio this week at Show Choir Camps of America. This is SO brilliant. What a powerhouse. I just wanna cry.

i'm always blown away by his vocal talent, but this is such an amazingly subtle acting performance...especially for musical theatre, when it's so tempting to use really broad strokes.

This man is the best singer on the Broadway stage today. His top voice is the smoothest I've heard out of anyone in this world. I bow at Tituss Burgess' feet.
