David Becker, founder of the Center for Election Innovation and Research and CBS News election law contributor, and Sam Vinograd, a former Homeland Security official and CBS News national security contributor, tell "Face the Nation" that the spread of election disinformation gives "a benefit to our adversaries Russia and China, who want to sow discord and undermine our democratic processes."

"Face the Nation" is America's premier Sunday morning public affairs program. The broadcast is one of the longest-running news programs in the history of television, having debuted Nov. 7, 1954, on CBS. Every Sunday, "Face the Nation" moderator and CBS News senior foreign affairs correspondent Margaret Brennan welcomes leaders, newsmakers, and experts to a lively round table discussion of current events and the latest news.

I can intuitively know that Speaker Johnson, sent to Washington D.C. as Louisiana’s Representative, cannot serve the former president outside the NYCC District of Manhattan; #VoteforJoenotforthepsycho 🇺🇸🫡

Who gets to determine what disinformation is? What criteria do they use? Why does fact checking appear to be extremely biased towards republicans, republicans, or Trump supporters who represent half of the country? How can we trust this is fairly done by a bipartisan committee or group?

dis-information is the norm today. Much of the dis-information comes from the main stream media. But in fact this is not just the norm today, it's always been this way.

How can Justice Roberts issue the oath of office where an indicted perpetrator of at least 91 felonies cannot be trusted to "...take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed..." as his primary presidential duty prescribed by Article II of the Constitution? He clearly will not allow his AG to prosecute any of the federal indictments, so how could he possibly be allowed to swear a blatantly faithless oath? His duty to faithfully execute the laws also precludes granting immunity for violating laws!!!
