I desperately need to know, why he went out of his way several times during the hearings and corrected himself when he said "office" and clarified himself that it is "not an office, excuse me! It is a *working group!"*
Why is that distinction so important, that it is NOT an office? Does this open up a loophole, that allows them to do things, that an office wouldn't be allowd to do? Anyone with legal expertise, please clarify!
