If you are trying to add a variety of stickers to your Instagram story but can't, this video is for you. I walk you through some initial simple fixes like switching internet connection, if that doesn't work, you can try offloading and reinstalling the app because it's definitely a bug if the poll or music sticker doesn't work for you. This trick is the same for iPhone and Android in 2021.

Unfortunately we've tried all of this and nothing works :( We updated the app today, and music sticker is totally gone and doesn't come back after any of the troubleshooting steps. Without music we don't ever create stories. Clearly not a big deal in the scheme of life, but this was the biggest thing we used on our Instagram account and makes stories completely a non-factor for us - takes away our account's purpose in a big way :(

My sticker for 'music ' doesn't show and whenever I look at a story that contains music, it gives me a 'Instagram Music is not available for your region' though I live in California and it's supported here. Any way you could help? :(

I can not get my Caption sticker on reels or stories. It was once there. I have restarted - reinstalled - switch to personal - created a new profile and still no caption sticker.... about to do many short reels & like this back - HELP? :)
