That emblem and build? Nah, as an argus player, ill give some tips

Early Game

-Argus is great against hero that does not have cc, speed up skill or dash ability, sometimes, argus can even melt heros in laning phase.
-Argus also does not need boots, since his 1st skill gives him alot of mobility
-Always, and i mean always buy corrosion scythe first, it has alot of dmg, attack speed.

Mid Game

-This is the stage when argus starts to be painful(2-3 core items gained), in this state, argus can stay in team fights due to his sustain and ult.
-In this stage, argus can easily fight any opponent, whether its a squishy or tanky.(Argus's demonic slash ignores 40% of the enemy's defense, thats why it hits hard

Late Game

-In this stage of the game, argus can easily kill any squishies.With inspire and 100% malice energy, use 1st skill to approach and stun the enemy, one attack is guaranteed to kill a squishy enemy

Marksman emblem, Swift attack, Bargain Hunter/Weapons master/Assassin's 2nd talent, War Cry/Weakness finder

Corrosion Scythe-Windtalker-Haas Claw-Berserker's Fury-Sea Halberd-Blade Of Despair/Malefic Roar

Aamon? CC?? Bro gotta be joking ofc im an aamon main and you have to keep this in mind.
-Early game
Prioritize on getting kills, gank lanes and getting stacks to deal most damage and also gold.
-Mid game
Take advantage of your invisibility and gank the jungler if you can and try to kill them so they dont get fed. And focus on your builds.
-Late game
This is the stage where aamon starts to shine and bursts any hero easily including tanks(if they dont buy magic defense items) And also you have to take advantage of your invisibility since aamon is squishy.
For the build the build kazuki gave is a very good choice. And also the emblems.
But for my emblems i use: Assasin emblem(if squishy) and mage emblem(if a bit tanky) First: Agility
Second: Seasoned Hunter
Talent: I use quantum charge but you can go for quantum charge itself, or lethal ignition, or killing spree.

Believe me i am a solo player experience right from 2016 to 24 solo player always weather rank or classic n low network area with high ping.trust me try all tank heroes if u master them all with one night i can push from GM to Mythic.note practice all other heroes to know them how to counter them.but if u hve troller then no used u can't carry esp legend rank above

For me Arlott is a great choice when soloq, he can do jungle, roam, or exp but for me he is best in exp, if you know how to play him well, you can easily win in the laning phase and just build with sustain items for the late game
